Salt Lake City, Utah   SourceOne Consulting Services was founded by Jerry Seidl, an industry expert who has over 30 years of selling experience, and has worked in the consumer products and OTC Pharmaceutical Industry for over 30 years. Jerry’s experience in management and sales including roles as CEO, Founder,President, VP of Sales, VP of Sales Development and Director of Sales resulted in incredible success in each of the roles he played in the growth of over 7 different organizations.

As founder at SourceOne – Jerry’s mission is to provide small and medium size company’s with the direction needed to achieve the growth they are looking for. Specializing in helping struggling and start up company’s, SourceOne can provide consulting services, sales organization and structure needs, as well as the skillsets and expertise to help company’s achieve their goals in various areas including product development, distribution, warehousing and operations, trade spending management, marketing and a variety of other areas, all which can be customized to help organizations plan and achieve their growth and set a sustainable foundation for future success.

September 2014 – Present (1 year, 5 months)  Chief Executive Officer of a dynamic, fast paced health care products company making hybrid dietary supplements that use clinically proven ingredients to address consumers needs in a way that has not been done by existing dietary supplements. Responsibilities include engagement with private equity, venture capital and factoring companies for purposes of securing funding to fuel staged and rapid growth and fuel expansion. Developed and reviewed 3 – 5 year financial growth models with Fusion Biotech’s CFO. Worked across all departments overseeing the functionality, financial synergies and operational functions of each department.

Airborne

Minneapolis, MN   Director of Sales at Airborne, responsibiities included management of the Top Food, Drug, Mass & Wholesalers accounts including Walgreens, Rite Aid, Kroger Corporation, Duane Reade, Super Valu, K-Mart, Shopko, Meijer, Cardinal Corporation as well as many other accounts throughout the country. Responsibilties including management of both accounts as well as a substantial broker network who were assigned account administraton responsibilities for these same accounts. Jerry dedictation and passion for the business helped the Airborne organization achieve its growth plans.
In 2012 Airborne witnessed 2-1/2 years of topline growth totaling 37%*, 2-1/2 years of EBITDA growth totaling 220%, improvements in Gross Margin by 20 percentage points, and exceptional progress against the brand vision of transforming Airborne into a high growth, cross-category Immune Support brand.
